Left Field (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Left Field”) offers a mobile app (the “App”) that reimagines modern connection by bringing spontaneity back to dating—no swiping needed. Inspired by the charm of real-world chance encounters, Left Field harnesses the ease of technology to spark organic connections nearby. Built for those who crave meaningful moments over endless scrolling, Left Field finds high-compatibility matches around you and sends a nudge when they’re close, turning coffee shops, parks, and neighborhood bars into opportunities to meet face-to-face.
We know that privacy is important in dating and we care about the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy tells you how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information that we collect when you use the App. We also address the information we collect on our website, social media pages, and at in-person events.

Information About Non-Users
You may sync your contact book to enable you to invite others to join the App. As a result, we may maintain information such as names and phone numbers of contacts who are not users of the App. We will handle non-user information solely in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Non-users can exercise their privacy rights and choices as described in the “Privacy Rights Requests” section below.
You can revoke our access to your contact book by adjusting your device settings. If you change your device settings to terminate our access to your contacts, we will delete the copy of your contact book we maintain.

Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. MARKETING CHOICES
You have choices regarding marketing-related communications. Where required by applicable law, we will ask for your prior opt-in consent. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt-out by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such message. If you no longer want to receive SMS/text messages from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt out by texting “STOP.”

If you would like another person (an “agent”) to make a request on your behalf as permitted by applicable law, the agent may use the submission methods noted above. As part of our verification process, we may request that the agent provide proof of their authorization by you to submit the request.

THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT SERVICE
The App may provide functionality allowing you to make payments to us using third-party payment services. When you use such a service to make a payment to us, your personal information will be collected by such third party and not by us and will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, this third party’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
USE OF SERVICES BY MINORS
The services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER
Your personal information may be stored and processed in any country or region where we have facilities or engage service providers. By using the App, you understand that your personal information may be transferred to countries outside of your country or region of residence, including to the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country or region.
